Founded in 2014 by Melvin and Brendon, Kanshoku has since become known for its commitment to serving fresh, healthy, and delicious ramen.

What sets us apart is our dedication to ensuring that every ingredient in our ramen bowl is of the highest quality. Our broth is meticulously prepared, simmering for over eight hours without added salt or preservatives. We select premium pork from Holland, marinated to perfection for four hours. The noodles are handmade in-house daily using the traditional Hakata style, ensuring exceptional taste and texture. Our ramen wouldn't be complete without our specially marinated premium eggs from Japan.
